FAQs

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?

Yes, in some cases you can. Message me with your requests for inseam lengths and waistband size.

DO YOU HAVE OTHER COLOURS?

Sometimes I stock other colours for personal use or by request. Just send me a message to ask what’s available or to put in your request.

DO YOU MAKE THE CLOTHES YOURSELF?

All of your items are homemade in my studio. I currently design, cut and sew everything with help from one other lovely lady.

DO YOU DO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS?

We do returns, exchanges, and refunds. Your return shipping is at your own expense. If you have questions about fabrics or sizing just let me know, I’ll make sure to size you properly so that your order is what you expect.

WHY DOES MY ORDER TAKE 1-3 WEEKS BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED OUT?

Your orders are “made to order”. This means that production doesn’t begin until you place your order. This prevents excess waste and allows for your items to be customized if necessary.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?

The size guide is the last image on each item page. Please message me with any questions or special requests.

IS YOUR CLOTHING ETHICALLY MADE?

We cut and sew every piece of clothing at home in a peaceful environment. We make an effort to have as little waste as possible. We do this by strategically placing our patterns and using scraps for bands, cuffs, and rags. We also donate scraps to other artists for their patchwork projects.

DO YOU DO WHOLESALE?

If you’re interested in wholesale, we have a list going that you can be added to. However, we are currently taking a break from wholesale.

ARE YOUR STYLES SEASONAL?

We do not produce on a seasonal schedule. That means we tend to have the same items available over along period of time and occasionally add more timeless, essential wardrobe pieces. These clothes are meant to be cherished and long lasting.

WHERE IS YOUR BUSINESS LOCATED?

We live on the West Coast province of BC in Canada. This is the traditional land of the Squamish (Sk̲wx̲wú7mesh) nation. The climate in mild and usually wet.

WHERE DOES YOUR FABRIC COME FROM?

Our fabric is ordered through a local  Vancouver company that sells eco friendly, natural, organic, and sustainable fabrics that they have manufactured in China.

WHAT ARE THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?

I recommend washing cold and hanging to dry. This is a standard for some people because it extends the life of their clothing. If you prefer to use the dryer, that should be fine too but you may lose approximetly 1 inch in length on certain garments.
